總統府9日發布總統令，國家安全局局長蔡得勝已准辭職，應予免職。特任陸軍二級上將李翔宙為國安局局長，5月12日生效。

國安會5月5日表示，蔡得勝因眼疾困擾多時，向國安會秘書長金溥聰提出辭呈。馬英九總統與金均予慰留，但蔡表示醫生建議應儘早醫治休養，馬總統勉予同意，但要求蔡轉任總統府國策顧問，繼續在國政上襄助總統。

國安會指出，新任國安局長李翔宙，曾任總統府副侍衛長、國防部情報參謀次長室助理次長、國防部電訊發展室主任、陸軍澎湖防衛指揮部指揮官、陸軍教育訓練暨準則發展指揮部指揮官、國防大學副校長、憲兵司令部司令、國防部參謀本部副參謀總長及陸軍司令部司令，現任國防部副部長，相關資歷豐富，相信應能勝任新職。
