http://ppt.cc/d55w 【短片】統一獅自主春訓　主動來練的有誰？ 2014年01月20日12:30 【楊逸民／台南報導】統一在墾丁進行開訓典禮後，雖然讓球員自主訓練，但仍有不少選 手自發到台南球場練球，除了新秀選手，林岳平、羅錦龍等人今天一早也出現在球場練習 。 統一獅今年改變春訓做法，讓球員自由選擇練習地點，直到農曆年後全隊才正式集合。不 過教練團還是每天進駐在台南球場，只要需要的球員就可自行到球場配合球隊的訓練課程 。 而潘威倫、高建三、劉芙豪、劉育辰，則是隨日籍體能教練一色優，自費前往日本鳥取縣 體能訓練中心進行訓練，預計農曆年前會返台。 球隊上午安排守備訓練，下午則進行打擊練習。 統一獅自主春訓，球員自發性到球場練球。游智勝攝 老將林岳平(前)練習不落人後。游智勝攝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.253.67 ※ 編輯: beek 來自: 1.162.253.67 (01/20 14:58)
