[問題] 文山特區建坪價格(文鳳路)

標題[問題] 文山特區建坪價格(文鳳路)

想請問住在文山特區或者是對這個地段熟悉的板友 這個月連續幾個周末一直在這個區塊尋尋覓覓 想找一塊建地(大約40~50P)左右的大小 地段就在家樂福澄清店澄清路以東 文龍/文鳳/文衡路這邊 今天下午非常幸運 看到文鳳路有一塊建地55p(靠近某個motel) 是地主自己賣(應該可以免去一些房仲的手續費) 周邊環境蠻單純的也很令人心動 想請問板友兩個問題 (1)這區域建坪的價格大約一坪落再多少附近 (我有在各幾個房屋網站上觀察過了,但是價格起伏有點大，所以上來發文請教) (2)這附近是否買新透天(可接受※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.165.133
