問題澱粉案 查扣2億不動產

（中央社記者張榮祥台南26日電）台南茂利負責人徐東銘及南和行負責人王水木，因販賣問題澱粉遭收押，南檢至今天共查扣2人逾新台幣2億元不動產，以防脫產。

台南地檢署12月17日二度查獲台南善化茂利澱粉廠販售摻有順丁烯二酸酐問題澱粉，茂利負責人徐東銘被收押禁見。

茂利中盤商「南和行」負責人王水木在檢方偵辦之初，一度以新台幣10萬元交保，但因南檢陸續追查出南和行供貨給下游不知情食品相關業者，以王水木供詞反覆、否認犯行，昨晚聲押獲准。

南檢深恐徐、王2人脫產，規避檢方追繳不法所得，昨天查扣徐東銘名下66筆不動產，這些不動產多在善化地區。地政單位初估，徐東銘被查扣不動產價值約2億3000萬元。

南檢今天再查扣王水木名下6筆不動產，不動產價值有待估算。

台南市政府衛生局已對茂利開罰1800萬元。衛生局表示，依法追繳茂利不法所得。1021226
