在ejob網站上看到台中市工業總會的職缺：http://ppt.cc/Bqva 有先去看過官網，看起來都是專門在幫廠商培訓上課的機構 不過看到職務的敘述裡面有幾條.. 1.執行職訓局職業訓練計畫推廣專案。 2.帶領專案團隊，並無怨無悔地愛自己團隊。 3.具備抗壓性，並始終能控制自己的情緒。 4.在一定的原則下始終保持彈性。 5.遇到挫折仍不喪失熱情。 6.了解好的團隊是靠不斷的激勵產生。 7.隨時保持熱情、正面積極的態度。 8.確實掌握計畫內容，並達成計畫所規範之績效與目標。 9.了解本計畫所諮詢輔導對象之目的，並發展出執行的流程與工作方針。 乍看之下像是要去帶領乏善可陳的老臣或是冗員，且必須很有耐心XD 但開的月薪又挺高的.. 想請問有板友在這邊待過，或是有跟這個機構接觸過的經驗嗎？ 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.232.117.242
