以下內容，朋友權限不夠，幫朋友代PO~~ (第一次發這種文，如有不適，請速速告知我，以便刪文，感謝!!) ------------------------------我是分隔線--------------------------------------- 我曾在東京著衣上過班!我誠懇的跟你說:這間公司兩個字.....糟糕!! 老闆寧願把辦公室弄得富麗堂皇，豪華水晶燈、免治馬桶...等外觀上做足了面子 在員工福利上卻是保守到不行，前年財報數字很漂亮卻以倉庫積壓過多庫存為由沒發年終獎金 、沒尾牙沒春酒。 聽還在任職的同事說:去年則是老闆在公司全體月會上哭嚷著說公司沒賺錢 沒有員工旅遊，年終獎金更是連半個月都不到!!! 今年還不知道，但聽以前同事說現在業績是一年不如一年 年終我想要超過半個月是不太可能的事了.... 辦公室上班的氣氛很差，同事之間很少交談 一點都沒有電子商務應該要有的密切討論情況 09:00上班打卡若是晚了1分鐘就得扣全勤 上班時間內除非上洗手間或公務不得擅自離開座位 僅存的員工福利為"勞健保"、"員購每件扣50元"和"每兩週一次的水果日" (1人發1顆蘋果之類的) PS.沒有加班費喔~!! ※ 引述《diolu (Dio)》之銘言： : 有人在東京著衣上過班嗎? 因為對這行不太熟悉 只知是網路賣衣服的 : 我想問工作環境,上班氣氛 老闆如何? : 好像前2年有賺錢不知去年年終如何???今年如何? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.74.121.38
