舊金山巨人6.77億元簽下哈德森

【賴德剛／綜合報導】跟據《美聯社》報導，舊金山巨人隊今天與強投哈德森(Tim Hudson)簽下2年2300萬美元(約6.77億台幣)合約，補強先發投手戰力，但還是要等體檢通過後合約才會生效。
 
去年世界大賽冠軍巨人今年連季後賽都打不進去，原因之一就在於先發投手群表現不理想，因此季後球團開始整頓先發輪值，先以700萬美元買斷左投席托(Barry Zito)合約，再從自由市場中找來哈德森。
 
有趣的是，席托與哈德森過去都是從舊金山灣區的奧克蘭運動家隊發跡，兩人與另一名投手穆德(Mark Mulder)共組成「Big Three」強力先發輪值，為外界津津樂道，但穆德已因傷退出球界，另兩人也無法再續前緣當隊友。
