本人從未接觸(OR買賣)過不動產
如果有說錯的地方，請各位多多包涵
本人目前租屋，NT4000/月(包水費)(文心路三段VS成都路口)
電費1500~1800/2月=平均800/月(5元/度)
所以一年花在住的開銷=4800*12=57600/年
假設買一間套房150萬(10坪??)，房價一年跌3.84%
150W*3.84=57600
這樣的話，租=買

我不期望買房子能賺錢
我只是希望不要賠太多
所以我應該買，比較划算，是嗎?
