標題[聘書] 矽品VS日月光

公司 矽品 日月光 力成 工作地 竹科 楠梓 竹科 部門 製造部 製造部 製造部 職缺 製造組主管 儲備幹部 帶線 薪資 日班約43k；14個月(含年終) 日班約38k；14個月(輪班) ?? 工時 12hr UP 做二休二 12hr UP 做三休一 12hr UP 做二休二 住宿 住宿6K 住宿5K 住宿6K 朋友服役中(國立科大畢),最近要退伍了不想待業過年~就先投履歷找工作, 力成剛面試完還沒回應,下週還要去面試日月光的中壢廠生管 目前就只以拿到offer的比較,矽品與日月光不知道大家比較推薦那邊呢? 看起來是矽品薪資比較高(不知道有沒有加班費),但是日月光常態三休一 加班費也會比較多,因為矽品面試只面試到人資,所以幾乎什麼都沒問到Orz 希望有人可以解答 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.69.126.253
