胖妹偷單車 辯騎到爆胎才沒還

〔自由時報記者王俊忠／台南報導〕體重達110公斤、唸國中的少女，日前在安南區涉偷一輛單車，因為今年8月間少女曾犯案被查獲，這次再次作案的龐大特殊身形，被眼尖警方認出，警方通知少女到案。少女說「偷單車是代步用，原本想歸還，無奈身體太重、騎到爆胎，才未還車」，讓員警啼笑皆非。

市警三分局日前接獲民眾報稱在安和路一家釣蝦場失竊一輛自行車，警方立即調閱監視器畫面，發現是一名肥胖女子趁四下無人偷走沒有上鎖的腳踏車，女子只花約30秒鐘就騎走車子。

由於涉偷單車的女子身形龐大、「重量級」的特徵明顯，被眼尖員警認出應是今年8月間，三分局甫破獲單車竊盜集團3名女嫌犯中的國中少女小如（13歲，化名）。

前天，三分局通知小如到案，小如帶警方到安中路一處夜市旁找到失竊腳踏車。

小如辯稱「自己原本是想要借騎一下，騎到夜市逛完後，準備騎回行竊地點放好歸還，結果因為體重太重、騎到輪胎爆胎，才沒把腳踏車騎回原地歸還」。

縱然小如為自己如此辯解，警方訊後仍依竊盜罪嫌將她移送台南地院少年法庭。
