桃園台中台南住宅建照核發量　8年來新高

【張菱育／台北報導】根據內政部統計，過去住宅建照核准戶數最多的新北市，今年前9個月已被桃園縣的2萬0378戶取代，桃園成為今年核准戶數最多的區域，且統計桃園、台中、台南今年住宅建照核發戶數為近8年以來新高，而一地難求的台北市，則位居各主要都會區之末。

信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德表示，桃園地區受惠於雙北市房價高漲，加上區域內重大建設開發案，包括機場捷運、五楊高架、鐵路高架、航空城等，吸引建商到桃園地區購地推案，加上桃園地區的土地供給量大，除傳統熱區桃園市、蘆竹、中壢等區域外，其他區域的房市推案也遍地開花。
