在下是一間小彈簧工廠的品管。 雖說是品管，但也兼機械繪圖、圖面管理、有時還要跑外務。 薪水不高22K，我也不曉得有沒有可能調整。應該不可能吧。 我不曉得該怎麼說，總之我覺得在這間公司越作越不對勁 他們雇用我這品管，卻在貨物被判定有問題時常常採用特採的方式放行，說這是以前的庫 存這樣交貨客戶都沒說話之類的。 或是對外包加工廠商送來的東西有問題時予以妥協(有的加工商是他們的親戚自己開的工 廠，怕退貨打親戚的臉) 或是例如外包加工的塑膠件內部有問題、但從外面看不出來，也想和客戶妥協看能不能請 客戶特採之類的... 而他們現在要開始引入ISO制度，我很懷疑真的引入了他們能實行多久？ 最麻煩的是，現在每個檢驗都必須留下紙本記錄，我很擔心這間公司哪天會不會用這來 搞我，或是客戶用這個來對我提告。 但我才進這間公司不到半年，年紀又過30要換工作也不容易。 哪位能給我一點好建議的？ 感激不盡... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.242.3.56 ※ 編輯: neon2102 來自: 210.242.3.56 (11/06 08:14)
