船主遭檢舉取締　同行臉書罵無腦

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市林姓船釣業者，日前載客人前往彭佳嶼海域釣魚時，因未申請核准就讓釣客登上礁石垂釣，被海巡署取締，林男懷疑被同是經營船釣的46歲郭姓男子檢舉，2人因此發生爭執，郭男心生不滿，在臉書上留言「現在又多1個無腦船家，人云亦云，不經求證，瘋子1個！」林男看到後提告郭男加重誹謗罪。

郭男否認誹謗犯行，辯稱並未指名道姓，只是發表不滿時事及認為海巡未依法取締的情緒宣洩而已，檢方檢視這些留言，很難影射林男就是瘋子、無腦船家意思，獲不起訴處分。
