謝麗金上東森《現在才知道》聊生病徵兆，以前長期拍戲作息不正常，手掌就會出現紅斑，當時健檢發現肝纖維化現象，也曾出現刷牙流血，睡足8小時仍舊疲累等狀況，「我直覺是肝出了問題，馬上花5千塊買解毒膠囊，還買過一罐4千8百元的顧肝藥，青草茶也會搭配著喝，希望用中西合併的方式來預防。」

家醫科醫師林青穀分析，一般常見肝病徵兆確實有刷牙流血、莫名疲勞等，但建議先看牙醫再確認。愛窮緊張的謝麗金，有回去照X光發現胃內部出現黑影，之後才發現是自己大搞烏龍，「其實那是我照X光前，喝了一大杯黑咖啡，才會堆積在胃裡，我真的太悲觀了！」

而莫名皮膚乾癢可能是腎臟病前兆，謝麗金長期被蕁麻疹困擾，換季便會嚴重復發，不想依賴藥物的她四處打聽治療方法，發現情緒有很大影響，「除了常保持心情愉快，還會一直默唸『蕁麻疹不要來找我』，用念力催眠自己！」她用平常心看待，果真10年之內，病症發作次數竟不到10次。
