台聯立委批 交通部人事預算浮濫

台聯立委許忠信今天批評交通部人事預算浮濫，民航局人事費增加了2920萬元，航港局人事費，暴增了1.5億。

他指出，依中央各主管機關編制103年度概算應行注意辦理事項規定，國外旅費及派員出國訓練費兩項，以不超過102年度預算合計數為原則。但交通部明年度出國旅費編了339.5萬，加上派員出國專題研究的教育訓練費263.2萬，合計602.7萬，已超過今年合計339.7萬的規定限額，多出了263萬。
