彰縣府增設AED　醫指有助急診存活率

【詹智淵／彰化報導】彰縣府今開記者會，宣布再增購100台AED（自動體外電擊去顫器），預計配置在公家機構，如縣府、議會、鄉鎮市公所、遊客中心、等，全縣共設置235台，希望能提高緊急事故時，病患的存活率。

秀傳醫院急診醫學部主任長黃炳文說，每增加1分鐘救援時間，就增加10％的死亡率，每年約有2萬人到院前死亡，對突發性心跳停止患者，如能在第一時間內給予電擊搭配CPR，其急救成功率可高達7成，自從前年彰化縣內救護車配置AED後，急診存活率已增加一倍。
