萬達集團王健林 躍居大陸首富

「2013年富比世中國富豪榜」昨（16）日出爐，大連萬達集團董座王健林首度奪冠，坐擁淨資產人民幣860億元（約新台幣4,138億元）；去年首富娃哈哈集團董座宗慶後，以人民幣683億元居次；百度CEO李彥宏排第三。

新華社報導，王健林躍榜首需歸功於大陸房地產價格回升，加上他在國內外向娛樂領域的大舉進軍，今年淨資產較去年人民幣488億元大增。萬達集團旗下擁有71座購物廣場和40家五星級飯店。

去年首富娃哈哈董事長宗慶後則退居第二。
