Oreos餅乾會上癮 就像古柯鹼和嗎啡一樣

康乃狄克學院的研究人員把一些實驗室老鼠放入一個迷宮，一邊堆著 米餅，另一邊堆著Oreos牌子的餅乾，結果發現這種「美國最受歡迎 的甜餅」，像嗎啡和古柯鹼般容易上癮。

「華盛頓時報」報導，這項試驗目的是要探索脂肪和含糖食品，是否 像藥物一樣會上癮。研究結論：是。

康乃狄克學院行為神經科學系的主任和教授施羅德 (Joseph Schroeder)說：「我們發現，牠們對Oreos甜餅的需求，跟對古柯鹼 或嗎啡一樣強烈。」

尤其是研究人員發現，這些甜餅跟古柯鹼和嗎啡，都刺激著大腦相同 的快感神經元，只有一個主要分別：Oreos給予的樂趣實際上更加強 烈，它比古柯鹼和嗎啡觸動更多快感神經元。

施羅德說：「總體而言，這項實驗支持了一項假定，高脂肪、高糖食 物在某方面可被視有上癮潛力，與藥物一樣。這可以解釋為甚麼有些 人明知不該吃或明知會上癮，還是停不了口。」
