原PO幫朋友代PO,因為朋友PTT帳號跟公司mail ID相同所以不方便 以下 小弟想請教各位先進大大,目前在高雄服研發替代役退役,有幸陸續接到某幾間公司面試 目前手上只有拿到力成一間 公司 力成 高雄神教(目前任職) 職稱 高級工程師 專案工程師(PE) 職等 18 5 部門 封裝研發三部 Bumping 新資 N+14(保14) N+6(保14) 分紅 ?? ~2個月 工時 ?? 12~16hr 加班費 ?? 有 住宿 租房子 親戚家(免錢的) 小弟只是國立科大化材碩畢,想請問各位前輩們 1. 力成此部門風氣如何?? 2. 此職等是否有加班費,工時大約都多久(雖然在神教有超過24奈的經驗.....) 另外還有群創-ARRAY薄膜製程設備工程師/乾坤-黃光技術工程師 兩職缺還在等待中 希望各位前輩能給寶貴的建議與資訊 PS: N = 神教研替初始價碼 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.218.93.202
