【張哲鳴／綜合報導】港星杜汶澤為了拍攝《豪情》，密集健身半年，改造自己肥肚腩的身材，搖身一變成肌肉男，他公開比對照引起外界嘩然，有網友議論紛紛，指他可能靠減肥產品，逼得他請經紀公司發聲明駁斥，強調自己靠飲食控制和運動達成。

他日前分享過瘦身方法：「每天1小時有氧運動，1周3天的舉重。但7成靠食，控制飲食才是關鍵。每天攝取足夠蛋白質，少食多餐，過午不吃澱粉，戒絕油與糖。不要相信任何秘方。」
