八德看守所囚車出發　何雍堅赴北監

【綜合報導】】新修訂的《軍審法》今天上路，台灣司法史上最大規模移監今晨陸續展開，前憲兵司令何雍堅中將等軍犯，稍早也從桃園八德看守所移至台北監獄，目前已進行運送第2批軍囚。

另，台南軍監日新山莊今天清晨起拂曉執行移監作業，首批今晨6時15分許赴北監，目前已進行到第4批。
