國寶人壽,幸福人壽遭接管

金管會主委曾銘宗昨日無預警宣布,接管國寶人壽及幸福人壽,接管後仍繼續營運,兩家約53萬保戶權益百分之百保障,員工權益也會依法保障.預計7∼9個月後採一次性標售.

因兩家壽險公司的股本等於虧光了,公司不再屬於原始股東.接管後兩家公司仍持續受理保戶的繳費,保險給付、保單借款,有效保險契約變更或終止等業務,且可以繼續承接新業務.

不知接下來會不會有其他壽險要被接管?

p.s.稍稍注意了一下保險廣告,發現怎麼和賣房的都同樣用恐嚇行銷....
