觀光局今天公布今年上半年台灣觀光旅館總營收前5名，晶華酒店居冠，台北寒舍喜來登居次，君悅第3，W飯店第4，國賓第5。

觀光局表示，上半年來台人數達482萬人次，較去年同期成長26.69%，帶動觀光旅館業營運績效表現不錯。

觀光局說，今年上半年觀光旅館業總營收為新台幣286億9700萬元，較去年同期成長6.41%。

觀光局統計，今年1月至6月台灣地區觀光旅館業總營收前5名，晶華酒店總營收新台幣16億6000萬元，高居第1；台北寒舍喜來登大飯店14億3860萬元排名第2；君悅酒店11億1760萬元，排名第3；台北W飯店10億8220萬元排第4；國賓大飯店8億5330萬元排名第5。

此外，今年上半年觀光旅館業客房總平均住用率為71.01%，與102年同期67.11%比較，增加3.9個百分點。

其中花蓮地區增加11.73個百分點，平均住用率成長幅度最高；成長率第2名是高雄，成長幅度約5.55個百分點；第3名是台北，客房平均住用率較去年同期增加3.13個百分點；第4名是台中，成長幅度約2.38個百分點；第5名是桃竹苗地區，成長率增加1.46個百分點。

觀光局統計，觀光旅館總平均房價為3672元，較去年同期增加34元，成長0.93%；外籍住客以日本客成長10.51%最多。(中央社)
