李代沫自虐減肥 花錢吞活蟲

李代沫日前發新專輯《敏感者》，明顯變瘦，網友讚他「變瘦又變帥」。但有陸媒報導，他因情傷減肥，砸80萬人民幣（約390萬台幣）生吞泰國新研發的８條減肥蟲，從85公斤減到70公斤。

　　今　↑李代沫曾胖到150公斤，很沒自信（右圖），現在終於成功變瘦（左圖）。（資料照片） 他體質易胖，曾胖達150公斤，花８個月吃減肥藥、喝減肥茶、做瑜伽，甚至為了控制食慾，狂看美食節目、站在餐館門口聞味道解饞，告訴自己：「若能挺過這一關一定能減肥成功。」自嘲虐待成這樣仍瘦不下來。直到近來失戀，心裡創傷嚴重，求助減肥蟲才成功。

雙和醫院醫師祝年豐表示，寄生蟲減肥法雖在台灣、日本也常見，但蟲無法分辨人體需要的養分，什麼都吃，不僅會造成營養不良，還很容易復胖，蟲體若在體內繁衍長大，會造成腸胃堵塞、消化不良。
