不給加班費 最高可罰30萬

（中央社記者戴雅真台北26日電）台北市勞動局今天公布上半年違反勞基法裁罰件數，其中「超時工作」和「未給付加班費」居多，累犯最高可罰新台幣30萬元。

勞動局針對今年上半年度事業單位違反勞基法案件表示，6月底為止，受裁罰案件達341件，其中「勞工超時工作」占21.14%、「未給付加班費」占17.88%。勞動局表示，依統計資料分析，使勞工超時工作、未給足加班費仍為事業單位較易違法的部分。

勞動局勞動基準科長葉建能表示，台北市去年度違反勞基法受裁罰案件共608件，其中未給付加班費有86件，共裁罰496萬元，超時工作有131件，共裁罰748萬元。

葉建能說，企業違反勞基法，使勞工超時工作或未給付加班費，初犯裁罰2萬元，第二次裁罰2萬元至16萬元，若第三次再犯，則會遭罰30萬元。情節重大者，會在勞動局網頁公告事業單位名稱。

此外，正值暑假期間，葉建能表示，7月以來接獲許多民眾電話詢問打工薪資問題，提醒打工族留意自身權益，若有疑義，可利用台北市民當家熱線1999轉接勞動局勞動基準科洽詢。1020726
