運將癲癇發作撞車　警急塞罰單簿防咬舌

【蔡進男／基隆報導】交通罰單也能救人！基隆市45歲曹姓計程車運將，昨天下午開車經過市區，因癲癇發作，衝撞路旁變電箱，車頭毀損，執勤交通疏導警員黃國棟，看到運將頭、手劇烈晃動，口吐白沫，嘴部滲血，趕即將隨身攜帶的罰單簿塞入運將口中，防止他咬傷舌頭，救護車獲報趕到現場，將運將送醫，幸無生命危險。
