「他媽的」屬俚語判無罪　魯迅也曾撰文論

【綜合報導】台中市婦人唐麗蓉去年斥管委會副主委蘇志仁「他媽的」等語，依公然侮辱罪起訴。台中地院認為，「他媽的」是台灣社會長久存在的俚俗言詞，也是唐女的口頭禪，因此判無罪；魯迅也提到「他媽的」可表示驚異或感到佩服。

大里高中國文老師陳瑩珠指出，作家魯迅在1925年發表《論「他媽的！」》文章，指在重門第的晉朝「他媽的」是下等人用語，因下等人若成暴發戶，想立雅號、修家譜，尋一個名儒或名臣當始祖，蔑棄祖宗，因此「他媽的」指罵暴發戶攀龍附鳳的卑劣行為；但他也提到「他媽的」也可表示驚異或感到佩服。

「他媽的」是俚語 女罵人無罪。
