台星馬Skype大當機 聯絡人全離線

〔自由時報記者陳炳宏／台北報導〕用Windows帳號登入Skype後，發現所有ＭＳＮ好友都離線了，許多網友這兩天都遇到這種情形，代理Skype的PChome客服昨晚表示，因為Skype原廠主機發生問題，台灣部分使用者陷入Skype失聯狀況，目前原廠正在搶救中。

據悉該狀況受影響用戶除台灣外，還有其他國家，Skype論壇上各地網友包括新加坡、馬來西亞都有災情傳出，網友Shackks甚至說，眼前七十位同辦公室同事全都離線了，這是怎麼一回事？

國內網友則在前兩天陸續發現相同現象，幸運的重開機就可以，但昨天一早，狀況變得嚴重，網友一出現問題就無法解決。

PChome客服表示，問題出在Skype帳戶與Microsoft帳戶連結出現問題，並建議用戶可以進Skype網頁將上述連結取消，重新以Windows帳號登入後，再做一次連結。

網友︰改用LINE或臉書

微軟一心想用Skype取代ＭＳＮ，但過程並不順暢，目前除了中國市場外，全球各地ＭＳＮ服務將先後停止，網友呼籲，還是趕緊用跨平台的LINE或Facebook訊息等聊天軟體來取代難用的Skype吧。
