手機需要更新到ios 6 or 7嗎?都可以JB嗎?

我的手機iphone4.目前版本5.1
有JB過.
最近手機運作很慢. 開個app等很久.更別說line或是FB
手機只要關機再開機. cydia就會跳出一些英文說我手機有問題(應該是要我更跟新軟體)
連絡人資料差不多5天就會自動消失..

我想問的就是我需要更新到6 or 7的版本嗎? 這樣會解決我以上的問題嗎?
如果版本更新,有JB下載嗎?
是不是只要有新版本,iphone是不是都會強迫用戶更新軟體? 不然app跑超慢
如果我換android手機是不是就不會被綁架強迫更新?

又擔心資料又會不見...整個很頭痛快瘋了

煩請手機高手給我點意見.
請不要用太難的術語我不懂T_T 十分大感謝
