餐廳名稱：阿咪肉粽/碗粿 消費時間：2013年/6月 地址：嘉義縣大林鎮仁愛路16號 營業時間：早上～？ 圖文版：http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/65610302 有次隨機在大林路上亂尋早餐，在寫完食記後得到不少情報，其中 熱心板友belovehan推薦了阿咪肉粽，也給了詳細的地理位置。上星期剛 巧又需至大林報到，便循線找著這家小店。 　　店內沒有任何菜單和價目表，只看得出有賣肉粽和碗粿。因機會難 得，因此決定挑戰食量而兩者皆點。 肉粽 + 碗粿　45元 　　肉粽是典型南部粽，且走陽春風格，裡面只包了五花肉和花生，花 生稍硬讓人有點不慣。粽身是單純米香，調味要靠外淋醬汁。醬汁乃店 家特色，除略帶高湯味的清醬油外，最重要的是那一小撮的醬油蒜蓉， 讓原來偏淡的滋味多了些香氣。 　　碗粿的口感相對不愛，因為這裡的碗粿較軟爛，並非自己喜歡的Ｑ 彈走向。碗粿裡面只夾雜些許零星絞肉，所以大多時候只會吃到單純的 粿身。醬料部份與肉粽使用同款，仍是那撮蒜蓉最令人喜愛。 值得一提的是，這裡有免費附湯。免費湯品很常見，但湯品還有丸 子和蘿蔔等湯料便少了。因此味道雖一般，仍令人感謝。 　　整體來說，這裡餐點表現平平，但醬料卻是大多店家少採用的路線 ，算亮眼處。有機會來訪大林時，你也可以來試試這般特殊體驗。 延伸閱讀： 嘉義大林．平和街廟口小吃攤 http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/63140218 -- 上弦月天邊眺望 黃嘴角鴞林間低唱 嫣紅野櫻沿路綻放 潺潺流水山谷空響 怡然桶後林道旁 沈醉其芳 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.104.203.212
