柯批每天準時下班 郝:市長24小時上班

餿水油風暴，無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲批評台北市長郝龍斌每天都準時6點下班，所以當然不能把餿水油風暴給處理好；郝龍斌上午反諷柯完全不了解台北市政府的公務員，尤其是市長，「24小時待命、24小時上班」。

郝龍斌並「提醒」柯作為一個市長候選人，最好也有這樣的心理準備。郝龍斌並說，像是12年國教，以及近日來的餿水油問題，他在週末假日都邀集同仁，還有包括家長，校長，學者專家，在市政府舉行應變會議，處理突發狀況，「台北市長是沒有下班時間的」，隨時都必須面對各種問題。
