柯文哲文化新政 解決Ｍ型現象

無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲今天上午推出第十七支政見，主打文化資源重新公平分配，避免文化圈產生「Ｍ型社會」問題。未來將成立「文化政策諮詢審議會」，功能是審議文化相關重大的人事、政策及預算，由他任命組成，名單公開透明可受社會公評。文化局長則由文化界各團體推舉，再由審議會審議後由他任命。

柯文哲說，花博花了140億，建國百年活動花了33億元，夢想家一晚就燒掉了2億元，但一般的藝術家連下一頓飯在哪裡都不知道，文化圈已是Ｍ型社會。

柯文哲說，未來將減少節慶式活動的補助，讓資源移到長期穩定的文化投資，文化團體的補助也將增加跨年度採購方式，以鼓勵文化團體長期性創作。至於節慶式活動，還是會繼續辦，但會請民間企業贊助、樂捐。
