針對上海福喜食品公司傳出供應過期變質肉類給客戶，香港麥當勞今天發表聲明說，公司雖然使用美國福喜集團供應的食材，但沒有食材來自上海福喜食品公司。

隸屬於美國福喜集團（Osi group）的上海福喜食品公司，經大陸媒體揭發採用過期變質肉類，並生產麥克雞塊、牛排、漢堡肉等供應給肯德基、麥當勞、必勝客等國際知名速食連鎖店。

隨後有網友爆料，指控香港麥當勞也有使用上海福喜相關食材。

綜合明報等香港媒體報導，香港麥當勞表示，香港麥當勞的食材來自世界各地，美國福喜集團是供應商之一。但香港麥當勞沒有任何食品來自大陸媒體報導、指供應過期變質肉類的上海福喜。

香港麥當勞強調，公司重視食品安全，所提供食品均嚴格遵守有關法令的食品安全標準。(中央社)
