副總統吳敦義今天視察台中高美濕地，現場遊客如織。副總統表示，濕地生態結合自然美景，他盛讚台中市長胡志強施政成果。

吳副總統傍晚視察台中市高美濕地，並聽取台中市政府農業局及觀光旅遊局的高美濕地建設簡報。今天是週日假期，吳副總統現身引起遊客注意，他與胡志強受在場拍攝婚紗的準新人邀請合影，同沾喜氣。

副總統指出，胡志強的施政理念，透過台中市府觀光局、農業局及台中區漁會的配合，結合濕地生態、自然美景，規畫遊客服務中心等建設，將在3年後陸續完工，日後的發展必定燦然可觀，白海豚就可在這裡休憩。

胡志強則表示，台中市府對於高美濕地的規劃一定是生「態第一、觀光第二」，不能為了觀光就傷害生態，日後將再規劃體驗館、白海豚中心等建設。(中央社)
