導盲犬被惡意打傷 協會控毀損開庭

新北市一名男子去年遛狗時，竟持拖鞋打傷培訓中的導盲幼犬Xanti，造成Xanti左眼失明，台灣導盲犬協會因而對男子提出毀損告訴。台北地院今天下午開庭審理，導盲犬協會表示，對方態度始終強硬，但導盲犬根本不具有任何攻擊行為。

去年九月，當時才九個月大的導盲幼犬Xanti，中午隨著寄養家庭的女照護員外出，卻在新店建安街碰到正在遛狗的張姓男子。張姓男子的柴犬遇到導盲犬Xanti突然發狂，但受過訓練的Xanti沒有被影響，仍靜靜跟著女照護員走路，只是張姓男子卻持夾腳拖丟擲Xanti，結果打中Xanti左眼，導致Xanti四分之一視網膜下水腫、失明，無法再擔任導盲工作，台灣導盲犬協會因而提出毀損告訴。

導盲犬訓練員楊舜婕開庭前說，對方態度始終強硬，堅持說是Xanti先攻擊他家的狗。

台灣導盲協會表示，基本上導盲犬不具有任何攻擊行為，如果導盲犬在外面被流浪狗或家犬攻擊，導盲犬絕對不會做出反擊動作，而現在一歲半的Xanti眼睛受傷後，經過診斷將無法痊癒，所以Xanti已經確定去除導盲犬職務及名稱。
