霖宏科技（5464）董事會敲定6月6日召開股東常會，當天並改選董事、監察人。

霖宏2月營收1.35億元，比1月及2013年2月各減少1.63%、11.17%；兩月營收2.73億元，較2013年同期衰退7.78%。

霖宏尚未公布2013年財務報表，營收15.38億元，比2012 年減少13.55%；其中第4季營收3.47億元，較第3季衰退5.33%，創16季新低。

霖宏董事會擬每股配發2013年現金股利2.0512元，創六年最高，昨天股價下跌0.35元、1.56%，收盤價22.15元，依此換算現金殖利率9.26%。

霖宏2013年前三季毛利率9.56%，稅後純益1.1億元，每股稅後純益1.82元；毛利率比2012年同期下滑1.25個百分點，稅後純益、每股稅後純益增加344.04%、343.9%。

霖宏2013年第3季稅後純損1,010萬元，比第2季及2012年同期轉盈為虧，過去六季首見虧損，每股稅後純損0.17元。

霖宏2013年第3季營收3.67億元，毛利率10.03%；營收季增率3.18%，較2012年同期衰退26.88%，仍處近三年低檔，毛利率分別下滑0.03、2.95個百分點。
