男酒駕擋道還咆哮 酒測值0.89法辦

嘉義市一名林姓男子，因喝酒後肚子太餓，酒後開車到南京路買早餐，轎車停在道路上擋到一旁的機車行，老闆請男子移車遭拒，雙方爆發口角，警方到場聞到男子身上有濃濃酒味立即做酒精測試，酒測值為0.89，依公共危險罪嫌送辦。

酒駕男子VS.機車行老闆：「我叫警察來之前對我大小聲啦，什麼大小聲，你對我恐嚇還敢說，(車子)擋到害我的店不能開啊。」

穿著黑色外套的男子，和機車行老闆在馬路上發生口角，雙方誰都不讓誰。員警：「車道不能停啊。」酒駕男子：「借停一下我馬上離開。」員警：「有沒有喝酒？」酒駕男子：「有我早上有喝。」

警方到場了解，發現這名林姓男子14日把轎車停在嘉義市南京路要買早餐，卻擋到路邊的機車行，老闆請男子移車，遭林姓男子大聲咆哮，雙方爆發口角，林姓男子身上散發濃濃的酒味，警方趕緊做酒精濃度測試。

八掌派出所所長蕭元信：「吐氣酒測值為0.89，觸犯公共危險罪(送辦)。」

男子表示，前晚因失眠才小酌，一直喝到早上，肚子太餓才開車買早餐，卻和人爆發衝突，酒駕遭逮，現在依公共危險罪嫌送辦。
