遲到又晃點 女子遭6人圍毆

（中央社記者陳靜萍台中7日電）一群好友在聊天中因為翻舊帳發生口角，指責21歲的劉姓女子借錢沒還又常晃點朋友，6名少女竟圍毆劉女，劉女憤而提告。

台中市豐原警方指出，6日下午2時許，接獲劉姓女子報案指稱，與一群少女朋友約在潭子區中山路的僑忠國小操場聊天，聊天過程中，15歲的鄭姓少女突然提及劉女約好的事情都常食言，且借錢不還，又常晃點別人，雙方發生言語衝突。

鄭姓少女動手毆打劉女，現場其他5名國中女生見狀也加入圍毆的行列，劉女雖為現場唯一的成年人，卻被打到手腳挫傷，連隨身攜帶的平板電腦都被少女們拿走，她愈想愈氣，到台中慈濟醫院驗傷後，今天到派出所提告。

警方聯絡涉案的少女到案說明，少女們供稱大家都是姐妹淘，但劉姓被害人經常遲到又常常晃點其他友人，姐妹們已忍耐許久，才會動手痛毆，訊後，涉案的6名少女被依妨害自由及傷害罪嫌函送台中地方法院偵辦。1030207
