ETC難辨識前3名　車牌髒污、折損、偽造

遠通電收指出，計程收費上路後，每天的通行交易平均為1400萬筆，也即是ETC每天至少拍下1400萬張照片，無法透過自動化車牌辨識系統辨識的筆數約是15萬筆，須由每天上班的100人以肉眼辦識，當中有1萬筆、1萬張照片即使以人工辨識，仍無法正確辨識。車牌髒污、折損、偽造名列車牌辦識3大不可抗力因素。

遠通電收表示，目前有列管3000多台異質車牌的車輛，將以列管機制主動偵錯，但這些非屬電子收費技術的因素，人為故意造成車牌無法辨識，遠通只能將有疑義的車牌號交給政府加強執法取締。(陳如嬌／台北報導)
