hTC Butterfly 蝴蝶機

前年底去年初的時候hTC蝴蝶機剛上市的時後就馬上入手一隻蝴蝶來養。整整一年過去後，下面那個放水USB蓋子可能是因為我長期間有裝保護殼的關係，充電時候會去卡到，所以時間久了就裂掉，然後裂掉後隔幾天又自己斷掉了。

之後打電話去給hTC客服想請問他們關於維修方面的注意事情因為我還在保固期間內。結果誰知道hTC沒有所謂的""實體店面""維修地方，我們的東西都要用所謂的""快遞""去寄到他們的維修部門。 然後等到hTC收到東西後維修大約還需要3-5個工作天，之後再寄回來。前前後後我想大約要一週吧?

我其實很難接受這樣的維修方法，因為我沒有備用手機我還需要工作！我不可能為了這保固期間就再去買一支新手機吧！ 其實他們這樣的售後服務我實在非常不滿意，給他們不及格。

想請問各位蝴蝶使用者，你們手機有跟我遇到一樣的問題嗎? 有寄回維修嗎?還是不理他繼續使用呢?
