【施旖婕/綜合外電報導】健康網站「Guard Your Health」最近提出一項新的減肥方法,以手的各部份計算進食的比例,以有效控制食量。

據英國《毎日郵報》報導指出,這個「手部節食法」建議多種計算方法,例如吃肉應該與自己的手掌相當,而義大利麵的份量也不應該多於自己的拳頭。奶油、花生醬等調味料,應分別只與自己的手指指頭及姆指指頭大小相等,而每次吃冰淇淋的份量,應只有自己拳頭大的一半。

網站的營養專家表示,大多數人導致肥胖的主要原因,是進食量欠缺比例,「手部節食法」給予人們一個客觀的標準,有效助人減肥。
