北榮人事異動 立委：連副院長也要空降

台北榮民總醫院副院長趙灌中屆齡退休，遺缺內定由軍醫局長張德明接任。立委林郁方今天說，退輔會這個人事案，不僅破壞制度，更打擊榮總內部人員士氣。

林郁方表示，榮總內部有許多資深優秀的醫師，可是現在不僅院長是台大體系空降，連副院長也要空降，難道榮總那麼多主任，都沒資格出任副院長嗎？

退輔會主委董翔龍表示，國防部和退輔會長期以來一直都有交流機制，讓軍中退伍的軍醫到榮總體系任職。這次張德明的人事案也是按此機制，由國防部長嚴明推薦，再由退輔會交給榮總按照其人事程序辦理。
