審計室查帳

我曾在公務部門上班,現以離職
去年中突然接到前就職單位的公文說我須將曾經領取的獎金繳回
他們說因為審計室查帳的原因,審計室覺的我們不是直接人員不可以領,可是職務是主管分配,獎金當初也是依法發放,面對可能會面對的官司我該如何自保?我實在搞不懂審計示的查帳標準是甚麼?今天我自認倒霉把96年的錢繳回日後又來一個審計室認為不合理的地方,那我是做白工嗎?
我真的覺的曾經在政府機關上班真的很倒楣,難到可以隨便審計室說了就算
就要把錢還回去嗎?沒有辦法可以解決嗎?
