女童墜樓亡 父母各5萬交保

新北市泰山區劉姓女童今天上午起床未見母親，攀爬過客廳花台時，不慎墜樓身亡。檢方訊後諭令劉童父母各以5萬元交保。

一名3歲劉姓女童，今天上午7時許起床時，四處尋找母親身影，攀爬過客廳約90多公分高的欄杆，不慎從泰山區仁德路一處社區的9樓墜落到地面。

警消獲報後緊急將劉童送往衛生福利部台北醫院急救；院方表示，劉童到院時外傷嚴重且頸椎骨折，經急救1個多小時後，仍宣告不治。

劉童的母親張女向警方表示，上午帶著大兒子上學，將二兒子及小女兒獨留家中，返家時未見女兒身影，卻聽到樓下有人大聲呼喊，才驚覺愛女倒臥在血泊中。

警方訊後依涉犯過失致死罪及違反兒童及少年福利與權益保障法「不得讓6歲以下的兒童獨處」，將劉童父母移送法辦。檢察官訊後將兩人分別諭令新台幣5萬元交保。
