羅智強：做我相信的事 說我相信的話

總統府前副秘書長羅智強為洩密案出庭應訊，庭訊結束後，羅步出偵查庭，自台北地檢署大門口離去，離去前表示「我做我相信的事，說我相信的話。」

羅庭訊後，大方接受媒體訪問，但針對訊問內容，表示尊重偵查不公開原則，不多做說明。

羅表示，站在馬英九的對立面不需要勇氣但站在同一邊需要一點傻氣，不過「我做我相信的事，說我相信的話，我願意為我的立場，付出言論責任。」

由於羅在庭訊前的受訪過程中，有民眾對他採取肢體攻擊，羅對此表示「當我表示意見的時候，就已經有心理準備接受一定的謾罵和羞辱。」

離開前，羅被挺扁團體團團圍住，最後在挺扁團體大喊「蟑螂小強、人人喊打」的抗議聲中，坐上計程車離開。
