有感而發 有些人對集團式、連鎖式經營的工作抱有憧憬 不外乎是有背景、資金雄厚、系統管理…等等 大 錯 特 錯 小弟有幸在台灣某集團經營不同連鎖品牌任職 1.對職位畫大餅 面試時說這個位子即將負責多少事務 需要很有能力和系統管理的人才 blalbala 進來才發現原本和我說的工作內容 已經分派給其他部門了 (不是因為我是新人就不讓我做太多, 進公司和同事聊發現大家都是被這樣騙進來) 2.這邊不好馬上改那邊不好馬上改 高行動力的決策固然是好事 但是完全沒想到後續的困難我看這集團也差不多了 靈光一閃覺得這樣做很好 →改 看到別人這樣做很好 →改 集團其中一個品牌有10家門市 其中POS機設定就要分6次 因為每個門市都擅自改變規則 後台系統被弄得比老鼠窩還髒還亂 3.公私不分 老闆、高階主管的朋友開店 或是一些活動DM 把案子丟回我們公司的設計部(共2位 平時負責20間門市+網路文宣) 然後不收錢...... 這麼多屁話我想說的是 不是企業夠大就是好 連鎖或集團式經營並非比較有調理 更也不代表小企業也很溫暖很開心 只是希望一些弟妹不要抱太大期望www 繼續準備職務交接了.. -- http://imgur.com/zf7AfhM http://imgur.com/gdJIc55 http://imgur.com/3kKnp7m
