社工人員職業安全條例可望上路

立法委員王育敏今天在立法院委員會質詢指出，剛通過的「職業安全衛生法」無法涵蓋完整，例如：社工因工作性質，有5成5的社工曾受辱罵、4成的社工曾受威脅，但職業安全衛生法中並沒有針對社工安全特別保護，她未來會提出增訂「社工人員職業安全條例」。

勞委會主委潘世偉表示同意，他也說，如果工作有特殊性就可以增加特別條例。
