請問上班2天依勞基法有薪水可領嗎?

在公司上班兩天，覺得不適合， 有跟老闆提上班這兩天的薪水，老闆說滿7天才可領!! 請問勞基法有規定7天才能有薪水嗎? 如果是兩天可領薪水，是第幾條勞基法呢?...
