樓主這句應該是閩南語吧?
如果是,正確的寫法應該是:瘦狗削主人.
削,在這裡當丟臉講,像平常你可能聽到人家說削面子,就是丟臉.削死削淨,意即丟臉丟到爆. 
瘦狗削主人,意思就是說,狗如果養得瘦巴巴的,會丟狗主人的臉.
