「借4萬還8萬」　警破暴力討債集團

【林金聖／台北報導】借4萬3個月後竟要還8萬！1名40歲的徐姓計程車司機，由於家計問題向地下錢莊借貸4萬元貼補家用，3個月後竟接到討債集團的電話，要求他要還款8萬元，但徐姓司機無法還款，竟被討債集團主腦40歲曾姓男子，率眾強押徐男至自己開設的地下錢莊毆打、恐嚇並軟禁，還將徐男的計程車拿去抵押，所幸徐男趁機逃脫報警。

汐止分局昨天兵分8路，將以曾姓嫌犯為首的暴力討債集團成員一舉成擒，並依組織犯罪條例、強盜及妨害自由等罪將其移送法辦。
